Remember a couple months ago, when I was worried about my tomato plant? It looked so sickly:
Well. I obviously know nothing. My tomato is now a renegade...the jig is up, the news is out, they finally found me...uh, sorry. Ahem.
Anyway, check out my "sickly" tomato now:
Yeah. It's a monster.

Wow! That tomato is looking great. My son has several tomato plants in a small garden and although the plants look great, ants eat all his tomatoes before they get ripe!
ReplyDeleteSame thing happened to my friend in Portland! She's the proud owner of 6 TOMATO TREES this year. Lucky ducks.
ReplyDeleteNothing is growing out here this year. Even my basil died. Where's Summer??!
Beautiful. I am watching my first two tomatoes turn red by slow slow degrees. I can't wait for the first tomato sandwich.
ReplyDeleteHave you got any tomatoes yet?
That's great! I always manage to kill every plant we have!
ReplyDeleteYeah! Now you have a great source for your homemade pasta sauce. You can also make this sauce with just the tomatoes and some seasonings and not use the other veggies. I just like the other veggies:) http://simplesupermom.blogspot.com/2009/07/pasta-sauce-from-fresh-tomatoes.html
